1984 372v water temp gauge
Our water temp gauge can be used on boat marine 1984 372v . The water temp gauge ensures the normal working condition of the diesel engine. The diesel engine must be preheated before entering the working state. After the diesel engine is started in winter, it should idle at low and medium speed for 3~5min. Only when the temperature of cooling water reaches above 60 ℃ can it be operated under load. It is not allowed to operate under low temperature load, because the diesel engine that has just started has low body temperature and high oil viscosity, and the oil does not enter the friction surface of the moving pair, resulting in dry grinding, which is easy to cause diesel engine cylinder pulling and other faults.
Pay attention to the low temperature of the engine body in winter, which is easy to cause excessive cooling of the diesel engine during operation. In the northern region, when using diesel engines in winter, the "external circulation" cooling method cannot be used, so the temperature of the diesel engine will be low and the normal working temperature will not be reached, which will affect the power and economy of the diesel engine. The diesel engine shall be properly maintained and the valve foot clearance shall be adjusted to ensure that the cylinder compression pressure is reduced, which will reduce the diesel power. To check the cylinder compression pressure, start the diesel engine and run it at low speed until the water temperature is about 80 ℃, remove the fuel injector, install a 60kg/cm2 pressure gauge, and use the starter to turn the diesel engine. The maximum reading of the pressure gauge is the compression pressure of the cylinder.
After the failure of compression pressure reduction occurs, in addition to the influence of cylinder gasket damage and incorrect installation of piston ring, first consider whether the valve foot clearance is appropriate, because the valve foot clearance is closely related to the cylinder compression pressure and dynamic performance of the diesel engine. The clearance is too small, resulting in untight valve closure, lower cylinder pressure, low temperature of compressed air, incomplete combustion of atomized diesel fuel, and weak operation of diesel engine; The gap is too large, resulting in insufficient air intake, poor exhaust and reduced working efficiency. When the diesel engine is working, the valve and valve seat will be worn due to the corrosion and impact of high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gases.
