2 stroke engine tachometer

Our tachometer can be used on 2 stroke engine . The 2 stroke engine should not use the method of low speed and large throttle to increase power. This is because the torque is small at low speed, and the stress on the corresponding crankshaft, connecting rod and piston is increased, which causes the friction to rise sharply under the normal proportion of lubricating oil and damages the parts. During driving, shift gears in time according to different conditions , so that the minimum engine speed is not less than 1500r/min, which can be monitored by tachometer , and can be judged by exhaust frequency without tachometer . The 2 stroke engine is mainly a gasoline engine. It works at 360 degrees a circle and fires once . The 2 stroke engine completes this process in a week .

It is not suitable to use the method of sharply increasing the throttle when driving, because the lubricating oil lags behind the gasoline . Especially for the engine with separate lubrication , the method of slowly increasing the throttle and gradually increasing the speed should be adopted in use. The idle working time should not be too long. Because the mixing ratio of steam and oil is high when the 2 stroke engine is idling , it is easy to form carbon deposit . During winter preheating , the engine shall be operated at a speed of 1500~2000r/min , and the engine shall be shut down in time after shutdown .

The two-stroke engine has no intake and exhaust valves, no complex valve train and lubrication system, and the cooling system is generally air-cooled, so it is simpler in structure, lighter in weight, lower in manufacturing cost, lower in failure rate and more convenient in maintenance than the four-stroke engine. The intake and exhaust processes of the two-stroke engine only account for 130 °~150 ° of the crankshaft angle. The intake and exhaust processes are almost simultaneous . When the exhaust gas is swept with fresh gas , some fresh mixture will inevitably flow out of the exhaust port along with the exhaust gas , and the exhaust gas is not easy to clean up . Therefore, the air exchange quality of the two-stroke internal combustion engine is poor , the fuel efficiency is not high , and the fuel consumption of the whole vehicle is relatively high.
