The water temp gauge should have three wires. I don't know what color it is. For the time being, it is called a (power positive), B (ground power negative) and C (sensor wire). During commissioning, connect the positive pole and negative pole of the power supply to both ends of the battery respectively, and short circuit the sensor wire and the negative pole wire. When there is no short-circuit, the pointer is at the low temperature.After the short-circuit, the pointer is at the highest temp. This means that the commissioning is correct, and the sensor wire can be connected to the temp sensor probe.

The vehicle autometer water temperature gauge has three lines, including main line and auxiliary line, and one signal line. The signal line controls the grounding money. After connecting the power supply line of the water temperature gauge, the signal line grounding gauge will rise. Finally, connect the two plug-in water temperature sensors. One end is connected to the signal and the other end is connected to the ground. The signal line of the meter is f or s or E. The connection steps are as follows:

1.find the water supply pipe, which is generally 28mm. It is obvious in the carriage. Cut the opening at the appropriate position as close as possible but not more than the length of the tee.

2.Install the tee into the water supply pipe and tighten it with the lock catch. Screw the sensing head on the small opening and apply sealant to the gap.

3.Connect one of the water temperature gauges with the one in the middle of the cigarette lighter, and connect the other two randomly to form a loop. After pulling out the key, the power can be cut off automatically.

The function of the water temp gauge is to show the operating temp of the coolant in the water jacket of the engine cylinder head. The water temp warning lamp can light up when the coolant temp rises to close to the boiling point (e.g. 95 ~ 98 ℃) to attract the driver's attention.

There is also a signal line. The signal line controls the grounding money. After connecting the power supply line of the water temperature meter, the signal line grounding meter will rise. Finally, connect the two plug-in water temp sensors. One end is connected to the signal and the other end is connected to the ground. The signal line of the meter is F or S or E.
