Abnormal adjustment method of vehicle speedometer:

Then the instrument panel was removed and the circuit was measured. No problem was found. Then carefully check the instrument panel to see if there is any abnormality. It is found that the ground electrode of the speedometer is open, and the speedometer works normally after re welding.
2. The speedometer sometimes works and sometimes does not work: most of them are due to poor contact of the circuit. The live wire and ground wire of the speedometer are shared with other instruments and indicators; There are many sensor pulse signal lines passing through the connector, so it is suspected that they may have poor contact when passing through the connector. You can measure the resistance of the pulse signal line between the instrument panel and the sensor connector, and shake each connector by hand.
3. The speedometer display is incorrect: when the acceleration exceeds 80km/h, the pointer of the speedometer still stays at 80km/h and does not rise. It can be judged that the output pulse signal of the sensor is inaccurate or the instrument is faulty.
