Our company has needle and digital types water temp gauge. There are numbers, temperature units, and an icon for a thermometer on the water temperature gauge. The LCD display shows the temperature of the water. The normal water temperature during car driving should be around 90 degrees, and it is not normal to exceed the normal water temperature or fall below 90 degrees. The car pointer water temperature gauge displays the water temperature as a pointer and cannot be directly adjusted to digital display. You can replace a digital water temperature gauge to visually see the digital water temperature.

If the water temperature exceeds 90 degrees Celsius, 

1. Insufficient coolant: A coolant leak can cause its temperature to rise. The coolant should be checked for leaks, and if there are any, the leaking pipes should be repaired. If not, add the same brand of coolant in a timely manner. 

2. There is a problem with the radiator fan: The radiator fan can cause the heat generated during high-speed operation of the vehicle to not be transmitted to the antifreeze in a timely manner, which affects heat dissipation and leads to an increase in the temperature of the antifreeze, leading to boiling, etc. 

3. Circulating water pump problem: Once the water pump malfunctions, the water circulation on the heat transfer side of the engine cannot proceed normally, resulting in the failure of the engine cooling system.

The water temperature on a car is generally displayed through the instrument panel, but the source of data (signals) is usually provided directly or indirectly by two types of temperature sensors on commonly used vehicles. Therefore, we cannot simply talk about "water temperature sensor", we can only talk about several "types" of water temperature sensors, and how to make the instrument display the correct water temperature parameters or data.

What's wrong with the two bars displayed on the car's digital water temp gauge? The analysis of the malfunction caused by the digital water temperature gauge is as follows: 1. The water tank is short of water. 2. The temperature sensor is faulty. 3. The water temperature gauge is faulty. Low water temperature means that the temperature of the vehicle itself is not high, resulting in poor combustion performance of the engine's oil gas mixture. If the combustion effect is not good, the lubrication level will decrease, and the wear of gears and other components will accelerate.
