electronic tachometer conversion kit

The electronic tachometer uses the principle of electromagnetism to connect a pointer to a piece of iron , surrounded by an electromagnetic iron wire group . The electromagnet has three wires , namely the positive , negative , and high-voltage input wires . That is, the ignition wire of the engine , which ignites the engine every time it comes out, that is , it rotates twice . According to this principle , every time the electromagnet is energized , it will magnetize once . The faster it rotates , the stronger the magnetic force , and the pointer will move upwards.

The tachometer of a motorcycle is used when adjusting idle speed . After starting the car , when the speed reaches 20 km/h and the RPM is between 1500 and 2000 , shift to second gear . When the RPM reaches 2000 or above , shift to third gear, which is equivalent to 30 km/h . When the speed reaches 50 km/h , shift to fourth gear. Given the power demand , the higher the conversion efficiency of the power system , the lower the fuel consumption at that time , so it is only necessary to look at the efficiency of the power system.

The electronic digital tachometer consists of a digital speed sensor and an electronic counting circuit. The sensor converts the speed of the shaft into an electrical pulse signal , which is amplified and shaped by the circuit before being sent to an electronic counter to display the corresponding measured speed value . Generally , the frequency method is used for measuring medium and high speeds , while the periodic method is used for measuring low speeds. Frequency method for measuring speed: counting the electrical pulse signal output by the speed sensor during the sampling time of the electronic counter . Use standard time to control the counter gate. When the displayed value of the counter is N , the measured rotational speed n is the number of electrical pulse signals emitted by the sensor for each revolution of the rotating body in the design and use equation of the hydraulic power head core drilling rig; T is the sampling time , min . To improve measurement accuracy , the number of electrical pulse signals output by the speed sensor per revolution can be increased or the sampling time can be extended.
