The principle of the automobile oil level sensor is winding resistance. The resistivity is determined by the material of the resistance wire, and the resistance value is determined by the material resistivity and the number of turns of the fuel.Therefore, the stable performance of the wire wound resistor is the preferred factor for the long-term use of the automobile fuel sensor. The fuel quantity sensor adopts the characteristics of small wire diameter, high resistance and dense wire winding resistance, which has stable performance, reliable structure and high resolution.
How to connect fuel level gauge and the sensor:
The sensor is resistive, the red wire goes to the signal and the blue wire goes to the negative. And after the fuel tank is placed, the highest oil level cannot be higher than the base of the diesel generator set by 2.5 meters. If the oil level of the large oil depot is higher than 2.5 meters, a daily fuel tank should be added between the large oil depot and the diesel generator set, so that the oil can be sent directly. The pressure is not more than 2.5 meters.Even during the shutdown of the diesel generator set, the fuel is not allowed to flow into the diesel engine through the fuel inlet line or the fuel injection line by gravity. The storage location of the fuel tank must be safe to prevent fire. The fuel tank or oil drum should be placed in a visible place alone, properly away from the diesel generator set, and it is strictly prohibited to smoke.
