If the float is raised very high after the oil is filled , so that the contact between the oil level sensor and the sliding plate reaches the edge position , and sometimes even disengages , the resistance will be very large , which is equivalent to the position in case of lack of oil, and the fuel warning light will naturally alarm . At this time, wrap a few threads of cotton thread on the float arm limit block of the oil level sensor , so that when the float arm contacts with the limit plate, the contact and sliding plate will not be disengaged, and the oil gauge pointer will correspondingly indicate that the oil tank is full without giving an alarm .
