The solution is to release the oil pressure, clean the filter screen and add the improved gasoline or diesel again. The oil pressure regulator is installed at the end of the fuel delivery pipeline to regulate the pressure entering the fuel injector. This pressure maintains a constant value of 300-350kpa and will not be affected by the vacuum degree of the intake pipeline and the pressure of the gasoline pump. There is also a filter screen on the oil pressure regulator. If the filter screen is blocked, it will cause the sound of "ventilation" air flow from the vehicle oil tank. Clean the filter screen with special cleaning agent and then blow dry with compressed air. The fault can be eliminated. We can also remove the fuel injectors and fuel rails of all cylinders and check whether there are a lot of carbon deposits and gasoline impurities at the installation position. If so, it also indicates that the filter screen of the oil pressure regulator is blocked.During the inspection, focus on the coolant temperature sensor and air flow meter that have the greatest impact, and check the coolant temperature under the corresponding vehicle conditions. For example, the temperature related to the hot vehicle state is 80-90 degrees, which will certainly not be as low as 20-30 degrees; The air intake detected by the air flow meter at idle speed is 30Hz, and the engine speed can be increased to 50-60Hz.
