oil pressure gauge goes up when i accelerate

The reasons for high oil pressure are: first, the viscosity of oil is too low; Second, the oil filter screen or oil filter element is blocked; Third, the spring force of the pressure limiting valve and the oil return valve is weakened or broken, or the sealing of the valve joint surface is not tight, resulting in oil leakage and pressure relief; Fourth, the clearance of main bearing or connecting rod bearing is too large; Fifth, the oil pump is not working well. The oil pressure sensor is usually installed in the main oil circuit. If the oil pressure gauge and oil.

The oil pressure sensor is usually installed in the main oil circuit. If the oil pressure gauge and oil pressure sensor are normal, and the indicated pressure of the oil pressure gauge is too low, the possible fault causes can be analyzed according to the composition of the lubrication system and oil circuit. If the oil circuit is divided into two parts by the oil pressure sensor according to the oil flow direction, the reason for low oil pressure can be divided into two aspects: one is that the oil circuit in front of the oil pressure sensor is blocked (such as the filter is blocked) or the oil supply is insufficient (such as insufficient oil); Second, the oil drain in the oil circuit behind the oil pressure sensor is too fast (such as excessive crankshaft bearing clearance). It can be roughly divided into the following reasons:

(1) The oil pressure gauge is faulty or the oil circuit to the oil pressure gauge is blocked. Loosen the nuts or bolts connecting the oil pipe to the oil pressure gauge (the other end is connected to the main oil gallery). If the oil pressure is high, the pressure gauge is faulty or the oil pipe to the oil pressure gauge is blocked.
(2) Insufficient oil, oil deterioration or water in oil. Regularly check the scale of the oil dipstick of the oil pan and fill it with oil as required; Check the fit between the piston ring and the cylinder liner, and repair it if it is worn seriously.
(3) Wrong oil brand, low viscosity, too thin oil. Replace the engine oil with new engine oil that meets the specification.
(4) The diesel engine is overloaded for a long time, which makes the oil temperature too high and too thin. Reduce the load of diesel engine, and do not allow long-term overload operation.
(5) The oil filter is blocked, the oil intake is reduced, and the pressure is too low. Clean the oil filter.
(6) Oil contamination, deterioration due to long service life, etc., The filter screen or oil passage of the suction pan may be blocked.
(7) After the oil pump is worn, the internal leakage of the oil pump will increase, the oil volume in the pump will decrease, or the paper pad of the oil pump will be damaged and leak oil. This can be compensated by reducing the thickness of the oil pump end cap gasket. If the pump oil is still insufficient, repair or replace the worn parts and damaged gaskets.
