oil temp gauge less than middle

The reasons for the low oil temperature are as follows:

1. The oil storage capacity of the engine is too small, resulting in no oil or less oil in the lubrication system, resulting in low oil pressure. Solution: Add oil; dirty or viscous oil prevents the oil pump from effectively sucking in and pumping out oil, resulting in low or no oil pressure. Solution: Change the engine oil;

2. If the engine oil is thin or becomes thin due to high engine temperature, it will leak from the gap of the engine friction pair, resulting in low oil pressure. Solution: Change the oil or overhaul the cooling system; oil leakage from the oil pipe, damage to the oil pump or excessive wear of its parts will result in reduced oil intake and pump output, or no restriction at all, resulting in low or no oil pressure. Solution: maintenance;

3. The gap between the crankshaft and the large and small tiles is too large, resulting in oil leakage and low oil pressure. Solution: maintenance; due to damage to the soft spring, hairpin or steel ball, the function of the pressure limiting valve or pressure relief valve disappears or weakens, resulting in a drop in oil pressure. Solution: replacement and overhaul; 4. Low oil pressure due to failure of oil inlet plug, pressure gauge or circuit. Solution: replace the check.

The reasons for the low temperature gauge of the car are:

1. The thermostat is damaged, the main valve falls off or the paraffin that controls the main valve rises and falls leaks,  causing the cooling water to circulate directly when the engine starts;

2. The cooling fan runs long, that is, the circuit failure The electronic fan rotates for a long time or the clutch is damaged, causing the fan to rotate frequently.

The following is the treatment method for the low temperature gauge of the car:

1. Check the coolant level to see if the coolant level is obviously reduced. If it is less, add an appropriate amount; 2. Check whether the coolant has deteriorated. If it deteriorates, clean the water channel and replace the antifreeze ;3. Check the engine oil level, if the oil is too little, you need to add or replace it; 4. Check whether the water radiator is blocked by foreign objects, and whether the air duct of the radiator is blocked, and clean up all the blockages; 5. Check whether the fan blades are deformed, Or replace the fan or adjust the belt; 6. Check whether the water temperature sensor and the circuit are short-circuited or open; 7. Disassemble and inspect the thermostat, put it in hot water to observe the opening of the thermostat, if it cannot be opened normally, replace the thermostat.
