If there is no lock, when the car is running, the engine and the gearbox are not rigidly connected, and the speed difference between the two is very large, so the car will naturally consume a lot of fuel.
(3) Clutch wear detection for manual transmission models
For models with manual transmission, you can check whether the clutch is slipping according to the relationship between engine speed and vehicle speed. For example, when the engine speed of a car is 2000rpm, the speed is 60km/h. If the speed is only 50km/h at this time, it means that the clutch is slipping and the clutch needs to be repaired.
