When cooling down, do not pour cold water on the engine, as this may cause the engine block to burst due to sudden cooling. The correct way is to wear gloves, add a multi folded damp cloth to the water tank cover, gently unscrew the cover by a small seam, and wait for the water vapor to slowly discharge. After the pressure in the water tank drops, add cold water or antifreeze. Due to water seepage in the water pipe and insufficient cooling water, distilled water or purified water can be replenished for emergency use and maintenance can be carried out when convenient. Just be careful not to open the water tank cover when the car is hot, to avoid being burned by the strong internal pressure spraying water vapor. If the water volume is sufficient, it is necessary to check the fan behind the water tank. Even when the water temperature is high, the fan should be running even after turning off.
