2" 52mm 12v universal water temperature temp gauge f

The normal display diagram of a car water temperature gauge is a temperature curve. When the temperature is below 80 ℃, about 180 ℉, the temperature curve indicated by the dial is already downhill, which is a normal situation. Our universal water temperature temp gauge is 2" 52mm 12v , have both ℃ and ℉. This dial has a large dial and a small dial. The temperature indicated by the large dial ranges from 100 ℃ to 120 ℃, while the temperature indicated by the small dial ranges from 90 ℃ to 115 ℃. When the car is operating normally, the temperature curve should fall between the normal upper and lower limits. If an abnormality occurs, it can cause serious damage to the car's engine. The car water temperature gauge also has an intermediate area on the dial, which is the optimal operating temperature range of the engine. When the temperature exceeds this range, it should be immediately stopped for inspection to see if it is caused by radiator blockage, engine cracks, or temperature sensor failure.

When the car starts, if the 2" 52mm 12v universal water temperature temp gauge is 0 F, it can be driven. However, it needs to be preheated in advance and can only be started cold. The cylinder body and water temperature have not yet risen, and the actual water temperature is around 45 degrees Celsius. The pointer on the water temperature gauge is still 0, not 0 degrees Celsius. The reason may be that after running dozens of kilometers, the water temperature gauge did not change at all, and there was a problem with the circuit of the water temperature gauge. The heating coil of the water temperature gauge is burnt out and the circuit has poor contact. The water temperature sensor is damaged.

When the air conditioning is not turned on, the water temperature is normal, but when the air conditioning is turned on, the water temperature is slightly higher. Firstly, make sure that there are no issues with the coolant, thermostat, thermal switch, fan, fuse, and water pump. After the electric fan stops, turn on the air conditioning switch and the fan should immediately run. When increasing the throttle to over 2000 rpm of the engine, the fan should run at a higher speed. Maybe due to long-term use, the interior of the water tank may be blocked by scale, resulting in insufficient heat dissipation. When neither of the above situations is confirmed, you need to consider replacing it with a new water tank.
