If the slip rate is different, the rated speed of the motor is different under the same synchronous speed. For example, a motor with high slip rate will have a much lower speed under the same conditions. The higher the turn-off rate, the lower the speed of the motor.

Pay attention to the control of speed: for the running-in and maintenance of the engine, the lubricating oil with good quality should be selected, and then various operations such as oil feeding, starting, gear shifting and braking should be slow and slow; Finally, the engine speed should be controlled at 2000-3000 rpm (gasoline engine). For small boats, it is better to control the speed below 3000 rpm. If the engine speed is high , some parts will be strained, and if the speed is too low and the gear is too high, the parts will be worn.

Running in the running-in period is not to control the speed of the boat, but to control the speed of the engine. The engine load is the lightest when the engine speed is controlled between 2000-3000 rpm (gasoline engine).
