adjustable high precision fuel level sensor

The adjustable high precision fuel level sensor mainly consists of a magnetic spring switch and a float, which contains magnetic material. When the float moves up and down with the measured liquid level, the magnetic spring switch is triggered to detect the liquid level position. The adjustable high-precision corrosion-resistant oil level sensor is a sensor that utilizes the magnetic field to control the on/off principle of the internal contacts of the reed tube, converting the measured changes into output signals, and thereby measuring the oil level (liquid level) height. Multiple precision measurements (up to 1%, 2%, 5%) can be customized according to requirements, and can be displayed by pointer instruments or configured with digital display instruments or light column displays. The output signals include resistance signals, voltage signals, and frequency signals, which can be customized according to needs. It has high corrosion resistance, does not generate electric sparks, is safe and reliable, and is particularly suitable for use in fuel.

Generally, vehicles have an oil float level sensor, and an adjustable high precision fuel level gauge can match any resistance signal sensor. The oil level sensor is a signal for the remaining fuel level in the instrument tank, usually in the form of a sliding rheostat. Some vehicles also have a sensor for the oil level warning light, which is usually installed at the bottom of the gasoline pump. When the fuel level is lower than the oil level warning light sensor, due to no fuel immersion, the resistance value of the oil level warning light sensor changes and the fuel level warning light is turned on. Remind the driver to refuel in a timely manner.

If the scale of the oil gauge suddenly rises, the main reason for this is that the connecting rod between the oil level sensor and the float is stuck, preventing the float from floating up and down normally, resulting in no change in the sensor. Therefore, the pointer of the oil gauge is fixed at a certain position. It is recommended to choose gasoline with better oil quality when refueling a car for these conditions on the fuel gauge, as clean gasoline will reduce impurities in the oil pump and reduce the probability of the gauge malfunctioning. In general, during the descent of the vehicle's fuel gauge from high to low, if the first half can drive for 300 kilometers, the second half can only drive for about 100 kilometers. That is to say, in the first half of many models, the fuel gauge will drop relatively slowly, and after passing the middle scale, it will drop relatively quickly.
