classic car water level gauge

Buying a water level gauge and liquid level sensor can provide a signal alarm when no water is detected, and can also be combined with a control board to achieve classic car water addition function. The classic car water level display is usually equipped with a water level sensor, which detects the water level based on the principle of the water level sensor. Specifically, classic car water level sensors generally adopt a float type design. When the liquid level changes, the float will also move accordingly, and the sensor converts the position change of the float into an electrical signal output.

To eliminate hidden dangers. Regularly maintain the water level in the classic car water tank. Especially if the car needs to travel long distances, it is necessary to add enough antifreeze. There are two signs below the water tank filling port, MAX and MIN, so it is sufficient to add antifreeze not exceeding the maximum or below the minimum value. When adding antifreeze, it should be noted that different brands of antifreeze cannot be mixed. Because different brands of antifreeze have different components, mixing them together may cause chemical reactions that affect their cooling effect.

The water level of the classic car water tank should be maintained at the standard water level specified by the original factory. Specifically, the water level should be maintained at or above the middle of the water tank to ensure smooth operation of the cooling system and avoid reduced pump performance and cooling system failures. The lowest water level should be maintained at the pressure generator position of the exhaust system to reduce maintenance losses and damage to the cooling system. Regular inspections should be conducted to ensure that the water level of the compensation water tank is within the standard range specified by the original factory, If the compensation water level is higher than the specified water level, the fasteners of the compensation water tank should be checked and the compensation water tank should be adjusted to be lower than the specified water level using a screwdriver. In addition, the classic car water level in the expansion tank shall be checked regularly and sufficient water shall be added. If the water level is lower than the specified water level, the water level shall be increased in time, in order to ensure the healthy operation of the entire cooling system.
