fuel level gauge wiring

Fuel gauge The wiring method of the fuel gauge is as follows:

1. No matter how many wires there are, there are mainly two wires on the oil gauge, one positive and one negative, and the positive wire must have electricity (it can be connected from the electric door lock);

2. The resistance on the oil float also has two wires, one in and one out, and then it can be connected in series with the two wires on the oil gauge. The negative wire after the series connection must be grounded;

3. Don't be confused by too many lines. It is estimated that one of the yellow or blue lines is the positive pole (you can try them separately to see if the pointer of the fuel gauge responds), and the black line may be the negative pole.

Generally, there are four wires, two of which are the wires of the electronic oil pump, which are connected according to the fixed connection method. If the connection is reversed, the oil cannot be pumped, and the other two are the wires of the oil level gauge, which are not reversed. The oil meter needs power supply (positive, negative and signal), and the sensor is resistive, just connect one to the signal and one to the negative pole.

The fuel gauge is generally located directly in front of the vehicle's driving position, and is located on the same dial as the indicators for water temperature, speed, and speed.

The fuel system is mainly composed of four parts: fuel gauge, sensing circuit, variable resistor and buoy. When the fuel tank is full, the resistance value of the variable resistor connected to the buoy becomes smaller, and the current of the whole circuit reaches the maximum value, and the pointer of the fuel gauge is at the highest position; when the fuel consumption decreases, the resistance value of the variable resistor corresponds to Increase, the circuit current decreases, and the pointer of the fuel gauge also decreases. The function of the car fuel gauge is very rich and advanced. It can display the fuel value in the car fuel tank in real time, and accurately tell the car owner how much fuel the car consumes and how much storage capacity is left in the fuel tank. The car owner also judges whether to refuel or how much mileage can be driven based on the display of the fuel gauge. The fuel gauge is equivalent to the warning light of the life of the car. The fuel gauge is an indicator on the engine that can display the amount of fuel, which is displayed by pointer or number. Therefore, the current automotive fuel gauges are mainly divided into two types: digital fuel gauges and pointer fuel gauges.
