how to wire up a tachometer

The maximum speed of the car is 6500, indicating that the maximum output power is generally around its maximum speed, which is around 5800-6300 rpm. The engine's intake and exhaust systems work at their highest efficiency state. Simply put, at this speed, The engine can perform the maximum amount of useful work per unit time If the speed is lower than this, the engine will not do enough work. If the speed is higher than this, the efficiency of the engine's intake and exhaust system will greatly decrease, and the actual output power will decrease. It is like the principle that even if a high-speed runner reaches a certain running speed, even if you open your mouth and gasp for breath, you cannot continue to run faster.

The tachometer is connected to the igniter. Some igniters have a function to control the tachometer, while others do not. The DC igniter does not work when installed with a tachometer. The motor may generate heat or slow down. Possible reasons include: 1. The system voltage is too low, or the starting motor may have low voltage causing slow speed and high temperature. 2. A short circuit inside the motor wire package can directly cause the motor to heat up and slow down the speed. 3. Motor rotor broken, motor overheated. 4. The motor load is too heavy, and sometimes the motor load is too heavy to bear. 5. Check whether the three-phase voltage is balanced and has errors. 6. Is the clearance between the motor bearings too large and whether there is a lack of oil? Lack of oil can lead to insufficient lubrication and slower speed.

Brown - positive power supply, yellow - signal wire, black - ground. The speed sensor is a new type of speed sensor that uses a magnetic resistor as the sensing element. The core component uses a magnetoresistive resistor as the detection component, and then undergoes a brand new signal processing circuit to reduce noise and improve functionality. By comparing the output waveform of other types of tooth speed sensors, the measured speed has minimal error and good consistency in linear characteristics. The sensing object is magnetic or conductive materials, such as magnetic steel, iron, and electrical steel. When there is a raised (or concave) magnetic or conductive material on the measured object, the sensor outputs a pulse signal related to the rotation frequency as the measured object rotates, achieving the purpose of speed or displacement detection.
