As the name implies, the oil pressure sensor is used to detect the oil pressure. If it fails, it may also cause false alarms.Unplug the sensor plug at idle speed and measure whether the connection between the sensor harness and ECU is open circuit. Then step on the accelerator and use a multimeter to measure its output voltage, and observe whether the value is normal to determine whether the sensor is faulty.
