If the vehicle often runs in the area with more dust and poor air quality, pay attention to cleaning the air inlet pipe to ensure smooth air inlet. The intake duct is very important for the normal operation of the engine.

Fifth, there is too much oil sludge in the crankcase

During the operation of the engine, the oxides of high-pressure unburned gas, acid, moisture, sulfur and nitrogen in the combustion chamber enter the crankcase through the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, which is mixed with the metal powder produced by the wear of parts to form oil sludge. A small amount of oil sludge can be suspended in the oil. When the equivalent is large, it will precipitate from the oil and block the filter and oil hole, resulting in difficult engine lubrication and aggravating engine wear.

Sixth, poor maintenance of fuel system.

The maintenance of the fuel system includes replacing the gasoline filter element, cleaning the carburetor or fuel nozzle and fuel supply pipeline. When the fuel is supplied to the combustion chamber through the oil circuit for combustion, it will inevitably form colloid and carbon deposit, which will deposit in the oil passage, carburetor, fuel injector and combustion chamber, interfere with the flow of fuel, destroy the normal air-fuel ratio, cause poor fuel atomization, and cause performance problems such as engine chattering, knocking, unstable idle speed and poor acceleration. Cleaning the fuel system with fuel system cleaner can always keep the engine in the best condition.

Seventh, water tank rust, scaling.

Rust and scaling of engine water tank are the most common problems. Rust and scale will limit the flow of coolant in the cooling system, reduce the effect of heat dissipation, cause engine overheating and even cause engine damage.
