0-190ohm fuel level sensor
The signal of the conventional oil level sensor is 0-190ohm, and we still have 240-33ohm. Additionally, we can customize signals according to customer needs. An oil float is a hollow ball that can float on the surface of an oil layer, utilizing the principle of a lever. The other end of the float is a Potentiometer. The amount of oil determines the height of the float. The Potentiometer on the other end will reach different potentials with the oil level. This is commonly used to measure oil quantity. It is actually a variable resistor. The change in voltage is obtained based on the change in resistance, and finally, the change in oil quantity is obtained by collecting AD. The core components of the fuel tank oil level sensor product adopt advanced RF capacitance detection circuits, which are converted into standard electrical signals (mostly 4-20mA) after precise temperature compensation and linear correction by a 16 bit microcontroller.
