fuel level gauge calibration
Fuel sensor calibration:
1. To detect the oil level is to detect the amount of oil in the fuel tank. The automobile oil level sensor is such an important functional part to detect how much oil is left in our fuel tank;
2. We usually look at the level of the fuel gauge on the dashboard, or how many kilometers can we drive on the dashboard. This is measured by the oil level sensor in the oil tank and converted by the chip on the instrument panel;
3. Sundries in the fuel tank. At present, the core of all oil floaters on the market is exposed, that is, the two contacts on the scribe and the white ceramic substrate. You can see the one that is scratched up and down by swinging the float rod. The oil level detection tank is generally a sliding rheostat. The resistance value is controlled by a float. With the amount of oil, the resistance value will change. The output current will change when the load voltage is fixed. The current value is reflected on the automobile instrument and converted into gasoline oil quantity according to a certain proportion.
To detect the oil level, the sensing part of the capacitive oil level sensor is a coaxial container. When the oil enters the container, the capacitance between the sensor housing and the sensing electrode will change. This change will be converted by the circuit and compensated for the precise linearity and temperature. The 4-20mA standard signal will be output to the display instrument.
1. The fuel gauge sensor is dirty. The fuel gauge sensor is always immersed in the fuel tank, so if the immersion time is too long or the fuel quality is poor, it is easy to make the sensor surface adhere to sludge or other dirt. The solution to this problem is relatively simple. The fuel gauge sensor can be removed for cleaning and adjustment. If it needs to be replaced, it should be replaced in time.
2. There is a problem with the negative pressure regulation inside the fuel tank. Of course, if there is a problem with the internal negative pressure regulation, the fuel quantity in the fuel tank will not be fully utilized and the fuel level measurement will be abnormal, which can be improved through repair.
3. The fuel gauge sensor itself is damaged. After the damage, there is no way to accurately measure the oil level, and it can be replaced in time.
4. There is a problem with the combination instrument or fuel gauge circuit. For this reason, it is necessary to check the fault point and solve it by repairing the damaged original or replacing it.
