marine fuel gauge and sending unit kit
Our company provide different types marine fuel gauges , such as needle and digital types . And we have black and white colors . About the marine fuel gauge sending unit kit , there are different length of it , such as 100mm/ 150mm/ 200mm/ 300mm.../ 800mm/ 900mm/ 1000mm and so on . Customers can select the length which match to their marine fuel tank .
The pointer oil level gauge has five scale lines, each of which represents 1/5. When the mailbox is full, the scale line should be at the position of the number 5. With the consumption of oil, the scale lines will gradually approach 4, 3, 2 and 1. If the full oil volume of the mailbox is 100L, the 1/4 scale mark indicates that there is still 4/5 oil volume in the mailbox, namely 80L.
A fuel gauge is used to indicate the amount of fuel stored in a car's fuel tank. It can be a pointer or a number. The oil level gauge consists of an oil level indicator with a voltage regulator and an oil level height sensor. The function of the low oil level alarm device is to turn on the light immediately when the oil volume in the oil tank is less than the specified value, so as to draw the attention of the driver.
If it is a 240 liter fuel tank, the alarm will be given before it points to 240. After the alarm, there is about one tenth of the oil, about 20 liters. The oil tank alarm indicates that the oil in the oil tank has reached the limit position, and the engine that mainly relies on the oil for heat dissipation can not conduct heat dissipation in time. So we should try to refuel at this time.
All marine oil tanks of each ship are provided with detailed tank capacity table. The index of the table is liquid level (or neutral) plus longitudinal and transverse tilt correction. The upper limit is determined according to the tank capacity, and the lower limit is calculated according to the sailing distance/time. There is a safe margin at both ends. The power equipment such as the main engine, boiler and power station for navigation fuel consumption calculation are generally equipped with flow meters for metering reference. The actual operation will require manual cabin measurement 1~2 times a day, and relevant data will be calculated according to maker parameters.
