How is the fuel tank level gauge connected? The fuel tank float is a sliding rheostat. The resistance value of the rheostat is adjusted by the amount of fuel. According to different models, one is black, the other is two-color, and black is negative, that is to say, it is grounded, and the two-color is connected to the instrument of the center console through the harness. The sensor is resistive. The red wire is connected to the signal and the blue wire is connected to the negative electrode. Moreover, after the oil tank is placed, the maximum oil level shall not be 2.5m higher than the base of the diesel generator set. If the oil level of the large oil depot is higher than 2.5m, a daily oil tank shall be added between the large oil depot and the diesel generator set to make the pressure of direct oil delivery not greater than 2.5m.
It is mainly one positive and one negative wire on the oil meter, of which the positive wire must have electricity. The resistance on the oil float is also one in and one out, and then it can be connected in series with the two wires on the oil meter. The negative wire after series must be grounded.
