manual water temp gauge

When we deliver the water temp gauge , with together deliver with a manual . Manual water temp gauge: Clockwise viewing of the vehicle water temp gauge starts at 40 degrees Celsius, and directly above it is 90 degrees Celsius. Once the vehicle water temperature reaches 90 degrees Celsius, the heating can be turned on. After 90 degrees, there is a temperature alarm indicator light. If the water temperature reaches this temperature , it indicates that the vehicle's coolant is missing and needs to be added , otherwise it will cause damage to the engine system . After the alarm indicator, the water temperature is 100 degrees Celsius , and the water has completely boiled . This water temperature will not be reached in actual use .

For traditional engines, the coolant temperature value that can ensure the normal operation of the engine is between 80 ℃ and 90 ℃. However , for electronic controlled engines , due to their high speed , high compression ratio, and high power operating characteristics, their mechanical and thermal loads are large, and their frictional heat is high . Therefore, the requirements for the normal working temperature of the coolant have been raised to 95 ℃ to 105 ℃.

When a car engine operates normally , it requires a certain operating temperature. Whether it is too high or too low is not conducive to the normal operation and performance of the engine. On the other hand , the heat generated by the engine's operation is difficult to meet the needs of conventional air cooling . Therefore , water cooled thermal conductivity design is widely used in car engines. The function of the cooling system is to maintain the engine operating within the most favorable temperature range, in order to increase engine power, reduce engine wear and fuel consumption. High or low temperatures can have adverse effects on the operation of the engine. The engine coolant temperature is not as low as possible , nor is it as high as possible. It should be within a certain range, and the normal temperature is 90 ℃ in the center of the pointer. After the vehicle is started, the temperature of the antifreeze rises rapidly. After the pointer reaches the central position, the temperature of the heat exchange balance antifreeze does not rise again. Generally, starting from the middle position is the best.
