Judgment of oil pressure:
Especially in the low temperature environment, when the engine is just started, the pressure value indicated by the oil pressure gauge is high due to the low oil temperature and high viscosity. However, as the engine temperature rises, the oil viscosity decreases and stabilizes within a specified value range. If the oil pressure always exceeds 350K PA, we think the oil pressure is too high. The oil pressure is too high, it is difficult to form a good oil film on the friction surface, the lubrication condition becomes worse, which accelerates the wear of parts, and it is easy to damage the gasket or oil seal, resulting in oil leakage
Fault performance of high engine oil pressure:
When the engine is working, the oil pressure gauge and sensing plug are in good condition, the indicated pressure of the oil pressure gauge exceeds the specified value, and the engine power is insufficient. Sometimes, the sensor or oil filter housing and other parts will be damaged due to excessive oil pressure. Sometimes the oil pressure fault light will be on.
Main reasons for high oil pressure:
① The grade of engine oil is unreasonable. If summer engine oil is used in winter, it will not only make it difficult to start, but also affect the work of the lubrication system.
② The oil filter or main oil passage is blocked and the opening pressure of the return valve is too high.
③ during engine overhaul, the fit clearance of crankshaft and connecting rod bearing is too small, and the oil return is not smooth, resulting in too high oil pressure.
④ The nozzle is blocked, which reduces or stops the injection of oil, resulting in excessive pressure.The clearance of newly repaired crankshaft bearing, connecting rod bearing and cam bearing is too small, and it is difficult for lubricating oil to enter the friction surface, which makes the pressure of main oil passage too high. The pressure of the pressure limiting valve is misadjusted, so that the oil pump cannot open the pressure limiting valve and return pressure reduction.

(4) The pressure of the pressure reducing valve spring is adjusted too much. Therefore, the causes should be found out and eliminated in time.
Then check the oil filter element to see if it is too dirty and replace it if necessary.
