oil presure and temp gauge are not working

First check whether the wiring of the sensor is intact. If it is normal, then disconnect the wiring of the sensor, and use a multimeter to check whether the wiring of the sensor has electricity. If there is no electricity, check the circuit from the sensor to the instrument and the battery; if there is electricity, take the fuel gauge as an example, the detection method is as follows:

(1) Replace the sensor with a 100 resistor, connect one end to the wiring of the fuel gauge, and ground the other end directly. Turn the ignition switch to ON and observe the gauges. If the pointer swings, it means that the sensor is faulty (do not connect the wires of the sensor directly to the iron, otherwise it will easily burn out the meter), and the sensor needs to be replaced.

(2) For the accurate working condition of the instrument, please refer to the maintenance manual. For example, take the fuel gauge of Aoying car as an example, and use a rheostat instead of the sensor. When the resistance value is 40Ω, the pointer should indicate 1; when the resistance value is 78Ω, The pointer should indicate 1/2; when the resistance value is 283Ω, the pointer should indicate 0. If the test result is consistent with the above, it means that the sensor is faulty and should be replaced; otherwise, the meter is faulty and should be replaced.

Cooperate with the pressure reducing device in front of the electric valve and the rotary muffler heater for heating. The function is to convert the cooling water temperature into an electrical signal and input it to the ECU, including: 1. Correct the fuel injection amount; Increase fuel injection when the temperature is low. 2. Correct the ignition advance angle; At low temperatures, the ignition advance angle increases; To prevent deflagration at high temperatures, it is delayed. 3. Affecting the idle speed control valve; At low temperatures, the ECU controls the action of the idle control valve based on the water temperature sensing signal, thereby increasing the rotational speed. 4. Affecting the exhaust gas recirculation valve; If the oil gauge pointer on the vehicle's instrument panel does not move, it can be considered that the instrument panel computer is malfunctioning or that the connector parts of the instrument panel module power supply and input signals are malfunctioning. To check, it is necessary to first test the safety, then open the engine compartment and disconnect the battery circuit. After ignition, it can return to normal. The specific operation depends on each vehicle type, but generally there are speedometers, tachometers, oil pressure gauges, water temperature gauges, oil gauges, and charging meters., And there are various indicator lights and warning lights under these instrument panels. If the oil level in the car is low and the oil pressure is insufficient, the oil warning light will light up. At this time, it is necessary to replenish the oil as soon as possible, otherwise the engine will be affected.
