The water temperature and oil pressure gauge has two functions: displaying the engine cooling water temperature and oil pressure. The circuit is mainly composed of water temperature sensor W, oil pressure sensor W2, integrated circuit LM339 and LED display. Bimetallic chips are used for sensor and W2. The water temperature sensor W is installed on the engine cooling water jacket, which is connected in series with the resistance to form a water temperature measurement circuit; The oil pressure sensor W2 is installed on the main shaft of the engine and connected in series with the resistance to form an oil pressure measuring circuit.
Water temp:
Due to the different design methods of instruments of various automobile manufacturers, there are various styles except the milestone revolution table. Oil pressure gauge:
The electric fuel pump installed in the oil tank and connected with the oil delivery assembly delivers the fuel to the oil passage assembly through the filter in the pipeline. The oil pump is designed to provide the fuel pressure higher than the regulating pressure required by the nozzle, and the excess fuel will return to the oil tank through the return pipe. The detection terminal of the oil pump is located in the engine room. When the engine stops running, the battery voltage can be applied to the detection terminal to start the oil pump. Incorrect fuel system pressure will cause one or all of the following symptoms:
1 Start the motor but don't start the car; 2. Fault code (DTC) 44 or 45 appears; 3. When the engine goes out, it is easy to be mistaken for ignition problem; 4. The engine is wheezing, the power decreases and the fuel consumption increases.
