The automobile water temperature gauge has three lines, including main line and auxiliary line, and a signal line. The signal line controls the grounding money. After the power supply line of the water temperature gauge is connected, the signal line grounding meter will rise.

Finally, connect the two plug-in water temperature sensors. One end is connected to the signal and the other end is connected to the ground. The signal line of the meter is f or s or E.

There are generally two water temperature sensors: one is the sensor of the water temperature gauge, and the other is a wire, which is used to display the temperature of cooling water (or coolant) on the water temperature gauge and adjust the oil supply during startup.

The function of the water temperature gauge is to show the operating temperature of the coolant in the water jacket of the engine cylinder head. The water temperature warning lamp can light up when the coolant temperature rises to close to the boiling point (e.g. 95 ~ 98 ℃) to attract the driver's attention.

Find the water supply pipe, which is generally 28mm. It is obvious in the carriage. Cut the opening at the appropriate position as close as possible but not more than the length of the tee.

Install the tee into the water supply pipe and tighten it with the lock catch. Screw the sensing head on the small opening and apply sealant to the gap.

Thread the wire of the water temperature gauge from the left part of the driver's seat to the engine compartment and connect it with the sensor. Connect one of the water temperature gauges with the one in the middle of the cigarette lighter, and connect the other two randomly to form a loop. After pulling out the key, the power can be cut off automatically. After installing a water temperature gauge, you can observe the working state of the machine at any time. If the electronic fan does not start when the temperature reaches 98 or 99 degrees, you should quickly turn off the engine and open the cover of the machine to rest. In summer, it is best not to turn on the air conditioner for a long time, which is bad for the car and people.

If it doesn't look beautiful enough, you can also add turbine pressure gauge, tachometer, etc. anyway, the more meters, the higher the grid.
