The automobile oil temperature is the engine oil temperature and the water temperature is the coolant temperature. When the engine is just started, the temperature of the engine is relatively low, and the coolant is circulated in a small way, so that the coolant will not be dissipated through the radiator tank, which is conducive to the rapid temperature rise of the engine.

When the engine reaches the normal operating temperature, the coolant circulates widely. At this time, the coolant will dissipate heat through the radiator tank, so that the engine temperature can be maintained within a normal range. If the water temperature is too high, the water temperature alarm light on the instrument panel will be on. Some cars have a water temperature gauge on the dashboard, and the driver can see the temperature of the water from the water temperature gauge.

The normal water temperature should be between 75-85 degrees. Generally, the opening temperature of the thermostat is 75 degrees. Normally, the oil temperature is about 10 degrees lower than the water temperature. Pay attention to the following points in the maintenance of the water tank: 1. Regularly clean the outside; 2. When adding water in winter, it is necessary to stop the engine to drain water; 3. When the engine works for 3000 hours or a year, it is necessary to clean it with cleaning agent. Generally, there is no oil temperature gauge for medium and low-grade vehicles, only for high-grade vehicles. The oil temperature on the instrument panel shows 70 ℃, which is the lowest position of the instrument pointer. Generally, the temperature rises to 100 ℃ after driving for more than 10 kilometers. If it is too low or too high, it is abnormal.

The oil temperature is too low. Generally, there is a problem with the sensor. Eliminate the sensor problem. It is suspected that the transportation mode of the vehicle has not been completely deleted. Delete the transportation mode again. If the fault phenomenon remains unchanged. The vehicle needs to be programmed (the vehicle is upgraded to the program version: e89x-10-12-503). Check according to the circuit diagram (Fig. 1), pin 1 of connector x6238 and pin 57 of connector x6003 are conductive, and the pin has no signs of corrosion; Pin 2 of x6238 and pin 43 of x6003 are also conductive. Similarly, the pin is not corroded.
