However, as the engine temperature increases, the oil viscosity decreases and stabilizes within the specified range. When the engine is working, the oil pressure gauge and the sensing plug are in good condition, the oil pressure gauge indicates that the pressure exceeds the specified value, and the engine power is insufficient. The main reasons for high oil pressure:
①The oil selection label is unreasonable. If you use summer oil in winter, it will not only be difficult to start, but also affect the work of the lubrication system.
②The oil filter or main oil circuit is blocked, and the opening pressure of the oil return valve is too high.
③When the engine is overhauled, the clearance between the crankshaft and the connecting rod bearing is too small, the oil return is not smooth, and the oil pressure is too high.
④The nozzle is blocked, reduce the fuel injection amount or stop the fuel injection, resulting in excessive pressure.
⑤ The clearance of newly repaired crankshaft bearing, connecting rod bearing and cam bearing is too small, and it is difficult for lubricating oil to enter the friction surface, which makes the pressure of the main oil circuit too high.
Troubleshooting methods for excessive oil pressure:
(1) If it is a new construction machine or an engine after warranty, the oil pressure is obviously too high, which means that the clearance between the journal and the bearing of the pressure lubrication part is too small, or the adjustment pressure of the pressure limiting valve is too high, and the shaft of the pressure lubrication part should be carefully checked. neck and bearing clearance. If the gap is too small, it should be adjusted or scraped, so as not to burn out the pair if the gap is too small.
(2) If the oil pressure of the diesel engine used for a long time is too high, it indicates that the oil fine filter is blocked and should be cleaned.
(3) If the oil pressure is too high when the diesel engine is low temperature, it means that the oil pressure is normal when the engine temperature rises, and the reason for the high oil pressure is that the temperature of the diesel engine is low.
(4) If the oil pressure is obviously too high after the oil change, it means that the brand of oil is not selected properly. For example, in winter, choose an oil with a higher viscosity, that is, the oil pressure will be too high, and the oil that is suitable for seasonal changes should be replaced.
