Our auto marine water level gauge is analog electric pulse signal gauge. There are many kinds of water level sensors, and the signals are also naturally various. The output includes voltage, current, inductance and other forms, including analog signals and digital signals.
The water level sensor in the vessel transmits the sensed water level signal to the controller. The computer in the controller compares the measured water level signal with the set signal to obtain the deviation . After the water inlet program is completed, the computer in the temperature control part sends an "ON" command to the electric valve supplying heat medium, so the system starts to heat the water in the container. When the set temperature is reached. Only when the controller sends out the command to close the valve and cut off the heat source, the system enters the thermal insulation state.

The analog signal sensor is used to continuously monitor the changing physical quantities and give continuous electrical signals , such as the detection of oil pressure . Digital signal sensor modulates electrical signals by changing physical quantities, gives a series of basically equal amplitude electrical pulses , and reflects the size of physical quantities by the number of pulses per unit time , such as electronic tachometer .
Generally, the instrument panel does not display the water level , only the water temperature ! To check the water level , open the engine cover and check the water level of the water storage tank, and then fill the tank according to the instructions ! Therefore , many people now install analog water level gauges to check the water level at any time without opening the engine cover. This water level sensor is an electric contact type water level sensor . Its principle is to detect whether there is water in the installation position of the sensor by using the different conductivity of water and air. The temperature controller is equipped with a sensor to detect whether there is water above the heating element , so as to prevent dry burning. And water temperature and water level are closely related.
