The water level sensor in the vessel transmits the sensed water level signal to the controller. The computer in the controller compares the measured water level signal with the set signal to obtain the deviation . After the water inlet program is completed, the computer in the temperature control part sends an "ON" command to the electric valve supplying heat medium, so the system starts to heat the water in the container. When the set temperature is reached. Only when the controller sends out the command to close the valve and cut off the heat source, the system enters the thermal insulation state.

Therefore , many people now install analog water level gauges to check the water level at any time without opening the engine cover. This water level sensor is an electric contact type water level sensor . Its principle is to detect whether there is water in the installation position of the sensor by using the different conductivity of water and air. The temperature controller is equipped with a sensor to detect whether there is water above the heating element , so as to prevent dry burning. And water temperature and water level are closely related.
