This is caused by too little contact between oil and oxygen. The fuel injection pump has injected fuel into the cylinder, and the atomization is good, but the amount of oil injected into the cylinder is too small, so it will not get angry naturally. When the fuel injection pump rack does not move or refuel, the rack moves little and will not get angry. In this case, the output rocker arm of the governor is often loose and slippery, or it is caused by improper installation and positioning of the output rocker arm. There is looseness at the connection of the oil regulating mechanism, resulting in idling and insufficient oil filling, resulting in no ignition. If the total resistance of the oil regulating mechanism is too large, the spring in the elastic rod will be compressed when the governor controls oil filling, resulting in the immobility of the rack of the fuel injection pump, so there is no oil supply. In short, when starting the diesel engine, we should not only make it reach the starting speed, but also make the refueling volume meet the requirements, so as to achieve a smooth start. Too little oil, no fire; If the oil quantity is too large, it is easy to cause deflagration, which will not only make the starting rough, but also hurt the machine, especially the main bearing bush.
