The working principle of the engine oil pressure switch: when the pressure in the system is higher or lower than the rated safety pressure, the disc in the sensor moves instantaneously, and the switch connector is pushed on or off through the connecting guide rod. When the recovery value is reached, the disc resets instantaneously, and the switch resets automatically.

There is a similar float inside the engine oil pressure sensor, there is a metal sheet on the float, and there is a metal sheet inside the sensor housing. When the pressure is normal, the two metal sheets are separated. Only when the pressure is insufficient, the two metal sheets are combined to give an alarm. The light is on. So the oil pressure sensor itself does not have the function of sensing the temperature. The fuel pressure valve is called the fuel pressure regulator. It is the fuel pressure regulator. It is connected to the intake manifold by a vacuum tube and is controlled by the vacuum negative pressure. If the engine is idling and the speed is low, the throttle valve is opened The low temperature and low fuel consumption increase the negative pressure of the intake manifold cavity, drive the diaphragm of the fuel pressure regulator to increase the fuel pressure relief port, reduce the fuel pressure and increase the fuel return. The high speed, the large opening of the throttle valve, and the reduction of the negative pressure of the intake manifold make the regulating diaphragm of the fuel pressure regulator in a nearly closed state, and the fuel pressure increases, so as to provide the high-speed engine with more fuel demand for fuel.

When there is no oil pressure, the switch turns on the abnormally closed switch under the action of the spring, and the low oil pressure indicator light of the instrument lights up. When the oil pump establishes the oil pressure, the spring is compressed under the action of the oil pressure, and the The closed contact opens and the low voltage light goes out. If the oil pressure continues to increase, the spring is compressed and the oil pressure high contact is connected, and the oil pressure high light is on. At this point, the main oil circuit is blocked.

Function: A normally closed pressure switch. The engine oil pressure is detected and the signal is fed back to the CPU. After receiving the abnormal signal, the CPU will control the alarm to appear on the display screen, and the buzzer will alarm at the same time. If there is a signal of low oil pressure when the engine is started, in addition to the alarm, the engine will be controlled to automatically fire.
