3)During the oil filling process of the governor, it is limited by the maximum throttle limit screw of the oil regulating rod system. When the governor is refuelled, the elastic rod is actually compressed, while the rack of the fuel injection pump does not move, so that the throttle cannot be added. Therefore, readjust the linkage and the maximum throttle limit screw.

4)The fuel injection rack is loose or the fuel injection rod does not move during the governor, resulting in looseness of the fuel injection rod. Looseness shall be eliminated to ensure the traceability of refueling / oil reduction action.

5)The fuel injection nozzle is damaged, resulting in poor atomization, resulting in load failure and high exhaust temperature. The fuel injection nozzle needs to be replaced to make the atomization return to normal.

6)There is air in the fuel oil circuit, which reduces the amount of oil actually injected into the cylinder, resulting in no load. The air in the oil circuit shall be eliminated to ensure the oil supply.

7)If the control signal is not in place, the throttle (load) cannot be added. Adjust the control signal to meet the requirements.
