How to do:

After the oil storage tank is transported to the site, the residual oil in the tank should be drained first, and then it should be checked. The oil can be stored only after it is confirmed to be clean to prevent contamination of the insulation. If the quality of insulating oil is unqualified, pressure oil filter or high vacuum oil purifier shall be used for treatment according to different conditions, and it can be injected into the transformer after passing the test. Inspection, leakage test and cleaning of radiator: 1) inspection: all parts of the appearance shall be free of paint peeling, loose or deformed fasteners, damage, etc. The fan submersible pump and oil flow relay shall rotate flexibly without jamming, the insulation resistance of the motor winding shall not be less than 10m, and there shall be no abnormal noise, vibration and overheating during power on test run, otherwise, the cause shall be found out and handled. 2) Leakage test: conduct the sealing test with air pressure or oil pressure according to the pressure value specified by the manufacturer (if the manufacturer has no regulations, use the pressure of 0.25MPa to conduct the test), and there should be no leakage for 30min. 3) Cleaning: open the upper and lower oil chambers of the radiator and check the inside of the oil chamber and the heat dissipation pipe. Touch whether the oil chamber and the inner wall of the heat dissipation pipe are clean by hand. If there is dirt, clean it with qualified insulating oil.

Cleaning and leakage test of oil conservator: 1) cleaning: the end cover of the capsule oil conservator should be removed for cleaning, and then washed with qualified insulating oil. 2) Leakage test: the capsule in the capsule oil conservator shall be tested with 0.002mpa air pressure for 30min (the capsule is inflated from the breathing port). The small capsule of the oil level gauge can be directly filled with oil for leakage test (open the small oil tank for inspection).

Cleaning and maintenance of other accessories: all accessories in contact with transformer oil must be cleaned, and then washed with qualified transformer oil, without rust.oil injection and nitrogen removal.The transformer filled with nitrogen shall replace the gas in its body with insulating oil. Before replacement, drain the residual oil in the oil tank, open the vent hole on the upper part of the transformer body, inject qualified transformer oil from the bottom of the transformer to exhaust the gas until the insulating oil drowns the iron core.

(1) CT test (transformation ratio, polarity, volt ampere characteristics) is attached to the lifting seat, and all taps are pulled out.

(2) Measure the insulation resistance to ground and the tangent value of dielectric loss angle of the bushing.
