how to set up a gauge to check level of water in tank

How to set up a water level gauge to check car level of water in tank? There are many types of liquid level gauges available in the market, and our company provides cheap and high-quality water level gauges. Float water tank level gauge, also known as magnetic level gauge, has the advantages of simple structure, large measurement range, clear display, and diverse installation forms. It is widely used in liquid level detection of various storage tanks, tanks, spherical containers, boilers, and other equipment. But it is necessary to ensure stable operation of the float level gauge, reduce the occurrence of faults, and use and operate it correctly.

The primary issue to pay attention to when using a float level gauge is that magnetic objects are not allowed to appear around it, and it is prohibited to fix it with iron wire to avoid affecting the normal operation of the float level gauge and the accuracy of monitoring data. Of course, the measured medium should also not contain solid impurities or magnetic substances to avoid affecting the accuracy of the measurement results or causing obstruction to the magnetic float.

The installation location of the car instrument should be selected to avoid the accuracy of liquid level measurement being affected by rapid changes in the liquid medium. When installing a float level gauge, it should be installed away from or away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium. To facilitate instrument maintenance and smooth operation of the magnetic float, the float of the float level gauge needs to be installed vertically. When opening the bottom flange and installing the magnetic float, attention should be paid to placing the heavy end with the magnetic end upwards and not upside down. Before using a float level gauge, it should be calibrated with a calibrated magnetic steel to display white above zero and red below zero.

When debugging and putting the float level gauge into operation, the upper liquid inlet valve should be opened first, and then the lower liquid inlet valve should be slowly opened to allow the liquid medium to smoothly enter the float. Observe whether the magnetic red and white flipping plate is normal, then close the lower liquid inlet valve, open the drain valve, and let the liquid level in the float drop. Operate according to this method three times, and if it is normal, it can be put into operation (except for special liquids with corrosiveness).
