motorcycle tachometer wiring diagram
The tachometer of the motorcycle is inductively connected directly to the two poles of the high-voltage package. The capacitive type has three wires, one is connected to the battery +12v, one is grounded, and the other is connected to the high-voltage package + pole.
Connect one end of the gear of the code meter and one end of the code meter. Even one end of the gear of the code meter needs to remove the code meter tooth, that is, the front wheel drum brake. Plug the square line in the meter line. Connecting one end of the code meter is to insert the other end into the back of the pointer shaft of the code meter, and then there is a fixed metal cap with threads, which can be tightened.
Generally, the black wire is connected to the power supply, that is, after the key is opened, it will be powered, the green wire is grounded, and the yellow wire is connected to the speed measuring wire, which is generally connected to the connection between the igniter and the high-voltage package. The black line is connected to the power supply, that is, after you open the key, it will have power, the green line will be grounded, and the yellow line will be connected to the speed measuring line. For specific conditions, you can find a local maintenance technician to install it.
The motorcycle oil gauge has three wires. The positive and negative poles are also directly connected to the oil float oil, and the negative pole of the float is directly grounded. On the oil gauge, the electromagnetic pointer gauge used with the resistance sensor, the yellow wire is connected to the resistance sensor, and the other two are connected to the positive and negative poles of the power supply. Because the rise and fall resistance of the sensor does not necessarily change, the wiring can only be carried out after the test. On the motorcycle oil gauge, f stands for full tank of oil, and E in the red grid direction stands for insufficient oil. However, when the pointer of the oil gauge points to the red grid in the e direction, there is actually about one-third to one-quarter of the total capacity of gasoline in the fuel tank, which is not very low. At this time, the remaining gasoline in the fuel tank is enough to run at least tens of kilometers (more can be run across bicycles). Just go to refuel in time.
