tachometer with hall effect sensor

Our Tachometer can be used with Hall effect sensor. Connect two power cords with a suitable voltage source. The signal wire and ground wire are connected to the Tachometer . Signal lines mainly refer to the lines used to transmit sensing and control information in electrical control circuits . Signal lines are often composed of multiple cable bundles to form one or more transmission lines, or they can be printed lines arranged in printed circuit boards . With the continuous progress of technology and application , signal lines have developed from metal carriers to other carriers, such as optical cables . Signal lines with different uses often have different industry standards for standardized production and application.

The Hall type speed sensor belongs to the Hall type sensor and is made using the principle of the Hall effect. The Hall effect is used to drive the displacement of the Hall element to move in a magnetic field and generate Hall electric heating, which is a sensor that converts the displacement signal into an electric heating change signal .

The tachometer Hall effect sensor is a small enclosed speed sensor. By connecting with the measured shaft through a coupling, the rotation angle is converted into an electrical pulse signal when the shaft rotates , which is used by the secondary instrument . This sensor has the characteristics of small size , simple structure , contactless , low starting torque , long service life , high reliability , good frequency characteristics , and can be continuously measured .

Hall effect sensor is a small enclosed sensor with advantages such as stable performance, low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability, and wide temperature range for use. The principle is that when the magnetic field line passes through the sensing element on the sensor, a Hall potential is generated , which is amplified and shaped by the Hall chip , and then becomes a force electrical signal for use by the secondary instrument. When in use , simply stick a small piece of magnetic steel to the rotating object , fix the sensor within a certain distance from the magnetic steel, and align it with the S pole of the magnetic steel for measurement. Hall sensors are not allowed to be used or placed in strong magnetic field environments with temperatures above 25 ℃, and strong impacts should be avoided during installation and transportation.
