oil pressure sensor broke off
If the oil pressure sensor is broke off, the most obvious reflection is that the oil warning light will always be on. If you continue to drive when the pressure is too high or the oil is lacking, it will have a great impact on the engine, and it may even be directly scrapped.
The following is the relevant information of the oil pressure sensor:
1. Oil pressure sensor MEMS (Micro-Electromechanical-System) refers to a micro-electromechanical system that integrates micro-sensors, actuators, signal processing and control circuits, interface circuits, communications and power supplies.
2. Judgment method of oil pressure sensor: if it is short-circuited, it will display normal, indicating that the sensor is a normally open switch output. If there is oil in the chassis but the sensor still has no output, it means that the sensor is damaged.
Damage phenomenon of intake pressure and temperature sensor:
ON gear, the engine fault light is always on: a small amount of black smoke is emitted when the accelerator is slowly stepped on in place, and a large amount of black smoke is emitted when accelerating rapidly: the engine is boring: fault code: P01D6 (the voltage of the intake pressure sensor is lower than the lower limit)
Cause analysis: The intake pressure signal is abnormal, and the ECU cannot receive the correct intake air amount information, resulting in abnormal fuel injection amount, then the combustion is not sufficient, the engine is dull, and black smoke is emitted during the refueling process. Problems with the wiring harness and sensor failure can cause this fault.
Solution: Check the intake pressure temperature sensor.
Damage to the oil pressure sensor:
After starting, the oil pressure indicator light is always on; the engine fault light is always on; idling, the oil pressure value is displayed as 0.99; fault code: P01CA (the oil pressure sensor voltage is higher than the upper limit).
Cause analysis: The oil pressure sensor probe is seriously damaged, the ECU detects that the oil pressure sensor is not connected, and the instrument display value is the internal substitute value of the ECU.
Solution: Check the oil pressure sensor.
Poor contact of OBD socket terminals:
ON gear, the power supply of the diagnostic instrument is normal, but it cannot enter the ECU to read the relevant information; there is no fault code.
Cause analysis: The OBD socket terminal is withdrawn, resulting in poor contact, and the diagnostic instrument cannot communicate with the ECU.
Solution: Check the OBD socket terminals.
