The wiring mode of the electronic oil pressure sensor is completely consistent with that of the traditional mechanical sensor. It can replace the mechanical pressure sensor and connect directly with the automobile oil pressure indicator and low-pressure alarm lamp to indicate the oil pressure of the diesel automobile engine and provide low-pressure alarm signal.

Traditional oil sensor: it is installed on the main oil passage of the engine. When the engine is running, the pressure measuring device detects the pressure of the oil, converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal and sends it to the signal processing circuit. After voltage amplification and current amplification, the amplified pressure signal is connected to the oil pressure indicator through the signal line, and changes the current ratio of the two coils inside the oil pressure indicator to indicate the oil pressure of the engine.

Electronic oil sensor: the wiring mode is completely consistent with the traditional mechanical sensor, which can replace the mechanical pressure sensor, and is directly connected with the automobile oil pressure indicator and low-pressure alarm lamp to indicate the oil pressure of diesel automobile engine and provide low-pressure alarm signal. Compared with the traditional piezoresistive oil pressure sensor, the electronic automotive oil pressure sensor has the advantages of no mechanical moving parts, i.e. no contact, high precision, high reliability, long service life, and meets the requirements of the development of automotive electronics.

Installation of pressure transmitter when the temperature exceeds 120 ° and is cooled by condensing pipe.When the temperature of the measured medium exceeds 120 ℃, a condensing impulse pipe with a length of about 1.5m must be used, and the pipe shall be bent.

In addition, when the transmitter is connected to the measured medium, the measured medium cannot be introduced into the transmitter immediately. A stop valve should be installed between the condensing pipe and the transmitter. The valve can be opened only when the medium temperature in the condensing pipe is lower than 120 ℃, and the measured medium can be introduced into the transmitter.

Otherwise, the sensitive parts in the transmitter may be damaged at high temperature due to high temperature.
