oil pressure sensor filter screen
For oil pressure sensor filter screen is also called Oil filter. To ensure safe operation, pay attention to the following items when changing the oil filter: park the car on a flat ground. If the ground is inclined, the used oil will not be discharged. When changing the oil filter, it is best to select it before leaving the vehicle. If the engine has been running, it should be carried out at least 30 minutes after the engine stops, so that the oil can completely fall back to the oil pan.
1. remove the oil drain plug and drain the engine oil.
2. after draining, wipe the oil drain plug. Install the oil drain plug and tighten it according to the following requirements. Tightening torque: 30n · M
3. loosen the oil filter with the oil filter wrench.
4. apply engine oil to O-ring of engine oil filter.
5. screw the new oil filter onto the oil filter bracket by hand until the filter O-ring contacts the mounting surface, and then tighten it with the oil filter wrench. In order to properly tighten the oil filter, pay attention to identify the exact location of the initial contact between the filter O-ring and the mounting surface.
6. after contacting the mounting surface, use the oil filter wrench to tighten the filter for 3/4 turn. Tightening torque: 15 N · M.
During engine operation, metal wear debris, dust, high-temperature oxidation carbon deposit, colloidal sediment, water, etc. Continuously mixed with lubricating oil. The function of the oil filter is to filter out these mechanical impurities and colloids, keep the lubricating oil clean and prolong its service life. The oil filter shall have strong filtering capacity, small flow resistance and long service life. The general lubrication system is equipped with several filters with different filtering capacities - collector filter, coarse filter and fine filter, which are respectively connected in parallel or in series in the main oil circuit. (it is called full flow filter in series with the main oil passage, and all lubricating oil is filtered by the filter when the engine is working; it is called parallel filter in parallel with it). Wherein, the first filter screen is connected in series in the main oil circuit, which is a full flow type; The secondary filters are connected in parallel in the shunt type main oil passage. Modern automobile engines are usually equipped with only one collector filter and one full flow oil filter. The primary filter filters out impurities with a particle size of 0.05 mm or greater in the engine oil, while the secondary filter is used to filter out fine impurities with a particle size of 0.001 mm or greater.
