1、 Oil temperature

If the oil temperature is too low, the viscosity of the oil increases, the fluidity decreases, and it is not easy to form a uniform oil film, so the expected lubrication effect cannot be achieved. In addition, it will also reduce the flow speed of the oil, reduce the amount of lubrication and increase the power consumption of the oil pump; If the oil temperature is too high, the viscosity of the oil will drop, and the oil film cannot reach a certain thickness, which makes it difficult for the operating parts to bear the necessary working pressure, worsens the lubrication condition, aggravates the wear of the moving parts, and leads to the failure of the chiller.

2、 Oil pressure

It is the guarantee that the lubricating oil needs to overcome the flow resistance when it flows to each working part in the oil system pipeline driven by the oil pump. Without sufficient oil pressure difference, the lubricating system cannot be guaranteed to have sufficient lubricating and cooling oil and the power required to drive the energy regulating device. Therefore, the oil pressure difference of the cold water oil system must be guaranteed within a reasonable range, so that the moving parts of the unit can be fully lubricated and cooled and the energy regulating device can be operated flexibly.
