When the main steering gear requires power operation , a fixed storage cabinet with sufficient capacity to refill at least one power execution system (including the reservoir) shall be installed . The storage cabinet should be fixed and connected with a piping system to easily refill the hydraulic system from the rudder compartment , and should be equipped with a liquid level indicator.
