tachometer for 3 cylinder outboard
Our tachometer not only can be used on 1 cylinder 2 cylinder , but also 3 cylinder outboard . It is universal tachometer gauge. Three-cylinder engine is an engine composed of three cylinders. Inside it, three identical single cylinders are arranged on one engine block and share a crankshaft output power.
When the idle speed of the ignition engine is lower than 800/min and higher than 1200/min during cold start, it should be noted that this is a manifestation of poor engine working conditions. Try not to let the 3 cylinder outboard engine work below 2000r/min while driving because if the engine speed is too low, it will feel that the engine power is insufficient, and the engine load is too large at low speed, which will damage the engine and easily form carbon deposits . When the engine operates at more than 4000r/min, due to the shorter combustion time and insufficient fuel combustion, the fuel consumption will increase significantly. If the fifth gear is used for normal driving, the vehicle speed will generally reach 150km/h, which has reached a dangerous speed. The engine operates at 2200~3500r/min, which is the most economical and the best working condition of the engine. Usually, try to keep the speed within this range.
If the economy, it is generally more fuel efficient at 2500-3200 rpm. When accelerating, for the sake of power, use low gear and high rpm, generally 4500-5000 rpm. More than 5000 engines are not good and also consume fuel. The 3 cylinder outboard tachometer is caused by the weight of the accelerator, and of course, it is also related to the gear. The higher the speed, the higher the fuel consumption. If the speed is too high and reaches the red line of the tachometer, it means that the engine is running too fast, and the fuel supply of the fuel delivery pipe can not keep up with it, and the fuel cut-off phenomenon will occur. At this time, the sound of the engine will be shorter and longer. Generally, when the rotating speed is high, the transmission can operate in a higher gear. If you upshift at a low speed, the car requires acceleration, but the engine can't keep up, it will stall. If the speed is at the normal position and the gear is forced to be downshifted, the 3 cylinder outboard will decelerate, but the engine is still in the high gear.
