small small engine analog tachometer analog

According to the different signal forms, the speed sensor can be divided into analog type and digital type. We can provide both. The tachometer receives not only current and voltage signals, but also digital pulse signals! Because the drive motor encoder does not want to be connected to the frequency converter now, only the analog tachometer or multi-kinetic energy display meter can be connected to the instrument.

The idle speed at the instant of cold start is about 1500 to 2000 rpm. After the small engine water temperature returns to 90 degrees, the idle speed will also remain within the specified stable value. The small engine will wear seriously when working at low temperature. In order to avoid wear, when the small engine computer detects that the small engine temperature is relatively low, the computer will control to increase the idle speed, so that the small engine can reach the operating temperature as soon as possible. When the small engine reaches the operating temperature, the computer will adjust the idle speed back to the normal number of revolutions.

To start the car, there is always a fire. It is ignited according to the Hall sensor. There is also an analog signal line of the analog tachometer. First of all, you need to determine whether it is a low-voltage circuit problem or a high-voltage problem. Unplug the high-voltage wire from the "high-voltage package" to the distributor, and perform the fire test (unplug the distributor). If there is a fire problem in the high-voltage line, if there is no fire problem in the low-voltage line. For the problem of high-voltage circuit, if you have changed the distributor, it is only possible that it is the cylinder line and spark plug.

The encoder is a pulse signal, and the analog tachometer is a voltage signal, which cannot be connected. The encoder is replaced by a analog tachometer generator, which can be connected to the analog tachometer. Encoder and analog tachometer are two different things. Encoder is mainly used for primary measurement, that is, taking signals. The signals taken back are digital signals, which are mainly input to PLC or frequency converter and other equipment for processing. The analog tachometer generally receives analog signals, while the digital tachometer receives current or voltage signals such as 4~20mA or 0~10V. In short, the connection between the two must be completed by intermediate conversion equipment.
