Sometimes the water level gauge not show or display the water level. It maybe the reasons: the two-stage contact of the battery is poor. There are positive and negative poles on the battery, and there are wire links respectively. The joint is easy to oxidize and cause poor contact. The method is also very simple. Scald both poles with boiling water. Of course, it is a normal practice to polish them with sandpaper, but it takes time and effort. This original method is simple and effective, and then lock the screws at the joint with a screwdriver, It's best to smear it with butter. It's not easy to oxidize later.
According to its position in the ignition system, the ignition system fault can be divided into two situations: low-voltage circuit fault and high-voltage circuit fault.
(1) Common faults of low voltage circuit: insufficient storage of battery; Poor or disordered wire connection; Poor battery grounding; The distributor or Hall sensor is damaged; The ignition switch is damaged or the wiring is poor; Damaged transistor ignition control unit or poor wiring. The fault diagnosis methods of low-voltage circuit mostly use ammeter or voltmeter to check line by line to eliminate the fault point.
(2) Common faults of high voltage circuit: high voltage line falling off or leakage; Distributor cover rupture and breakdown; Ablation, rupture and breakdown of distributor burner; The electrode gap of spark plug is too large or too small; Excessive carbon deposition on spark plug; The insulator of spark plug is damaged; The ignition coil is damaged or the wiring falls off. The high-voltage fire test method is mostly used for the faults of high-voltage circuit, that is, unplug the high-voltage line in the center of the distributor or the high-voltage line of a cylinder, place the wire head 3-6mm away from the cylinder block, and start the engine for fire test, as shown in Figure 2. If there is spark and the spark is strong, it indicates that the ignition system works normally.
