dual voltage gauge marine

Marine's sailing , before the emergence of the electronic tube, the resistance value of the conductor was measured with the Wyeth dengdian bridge. Now, the DC resistance between the two ends and between the head and tail is measured with a low resistance meter or a four and a half digit voltmeter; After the emergence of the electronic tube, it uses the principle of radar to hit a very short high-voltage pulse from one end to measure the delay and phase of the echo. As long as one end of the cable is connected to the measuring instrument, it can deal with any armored cable, shielded cable and iron covered grounding layer.

Dual voltage gauge marine, use a voltmeter to measure the voltage of the generator to be combined and the power grid, observe the voltage of the generator to be combined, and see whether the rated voltage is established (generally, it is not necessary to adjust because it has the function of automatic voltage regulator) and whether there is phase loss.

Press the battery charging button "off" of the auxiliary machine (if any). Disconnect the circuit of the electric hydraulic valve (the switch is on the console). After the marine diesel engine is started, its speed shall run at the minimum no-load speed for 5 minutes to warm up (see the instructions of the diesel engine manufacturer). Check the operation of all parts of the diesel engine, check the oil pressure, the vacuum pressure of the seawater pump and the readings of all pressure gauges.

Confirm that the engine oil pressure, engine oil temperature, cooling water temperature (including internal and external circulation temperature), exhaust temperature, hydraulic pump system oil pressure and other instrument values should be within the normal range.

When the cooling water temperature of the diesel engine rises to 45-50 ℃, the speed can be gradually increased to the rated speed (refer to the instructions of the marine diesel engine). Check the marine dual voltage gauge and cycle meter of the three-phase voltmeter, the indication reading should be in the normal position, and the three-phase current should be balanced. The normal working temperature of the hydraulic system is about 50 degrees (the maximum value is no more than 70 degrees). If the oil temperature is lower than 15 degrees, it should be preheated.
