digital battery voltage gauge

We can add the digital battery voltage gauge on our vehicle . The installation method of intelligent digital display voltmeter:

1. On the fixed distribution cabinet, select a suitable place to open an installation hole with opening size.
2. Take out the multi-function instrument, loosen the set screw and remove the fixing clip.
3. Insert the instrument installation into the instrument hole of the power distribution cabinet.
4. Insert the fixing clip of the instrument and fix the set screw.

Number of lines:

1. Red (black) - the positive pole of the power supply, which is led out by adding a fuse in front of the relay and connected to the switch of the control box.
2. White (green) -- the control box switch is connected to the relay control input, and the relay control output is connected to the negative pole behind the shunt.
3. Yellow - the positive pole of the rear power supply of the relay is led out, and the positive pole of the voltmeter and ammeter is fused.
4. Green (white) - connect the red line of ammeter and the black line of voltmeter, and connect the negative pole in front of the shunt.
5. Black - (red) is connected to the ammeter, and the black wire is connected to the negative pole behind the shunt.

The earliest truck is an ammeter, which indicates the charging and discharging state of the battery: turn on the power switch without starting the car, and the pointer slightly deviates to the direction of "-". At the moment of turning on the lamp or starting the car, the pointer greatly deviates to the direction of "-". After the car starts, the pointer will slightly deviate to the direction of "+". Also can add digital battery voltage gauge. However, new trucks are generally equipped with voltmeters instead of ammeters. Diesel cars are generally 24V (gasoline cars are generally 12V). When the power is turned on, the pointer points to 24V, which is the voltage of the battery. When the car starts idling, the pointer should be greater than 24V. At this time, it indicates the output voltage of the generator (generally about 26V ~ 28V). Observe this meter to know the working conditions of the battery and generator of the car. Now the truck has a lamp with the same function as the ammeter, a battery like red light. When the key is turned on and the car is not started, the lamp is on, indicating that the battery is powered. Once the car is started, the lamp is off, indicating that the generator is powered.
